- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk NOT evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Chocolate Glaze
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350F.
-
Grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
-
In a large bowl cut the donuts in pieces, about 6-8 pieces per donuts.
-
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sweet condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
-
Pour the mixture over the donuts pieces and gently fold so every piece gets some of the mixture.
-
Once combined, pour into the prepared dish.
-
Scatter the chocolate chips on top of it.
-
Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. It will still have a little jiggle in the middle.
Chocolate Glaze

As soon as the bread pudding comes out of the oven. Heat the heavy cream in a small pan. Take it out of the oven right before it starts to boil.
-
Add the chocolate chips and wait for about a minute.
-
Mix with a spatula until smooth.
-
Drizzle some on top of the bread pudding. And indulge the rest when you serve it.
-
It’s best served warm!
